Abstract
This study aims to analyze the academic output on education and community development based on publications available in Google Scholar. The research is based on a review of the state of knowledge, analyzing a specific set of studies published between 2021 and 2023. Data collection was carried out through a systematic search, which allowed for the identification of publications relevant to the topic. The results show that education, especially in its non-formal form, plays a significant role in strengthening the agency and representation of women in different social contexts. Furthermore, a limited number of studies was found, indicating the need to expand research on the topic, particularly in certain regional contexts. In this sense, the study contributes a critical reflection on the existing literature, highlighting the importance of education in community development.
